The Strength of Piling Sheet Steel U Type
1. High workability
Can fully cope with temporary usage to be used repeatedly, having sectional design with lower effective height to perform high penetrativity when driving in & out.
2. Interlocking, cut-off performance
Joint portion of the sheet pile we developed shows high interlocking performance, highly improving the cut-off & breakaway prevention performance.
3. Buckling strength
It designed a new section with a rib, by taking into consideration the vertical direction external force against sheet pile. This lead to drastic improvement in its buckling strength.
This buckling strength was designed by using "Finite strip method"(strength over steel material compressive strength) and analyzing specific data.
